About availability and the harvest calendar
Our produce list changes weekly with the seasons — tomatoes peak in August, roots deepen through October. We update the stand and online shop every Tuesday morning by 8am.
If a crop fails due to weather, we substitute thoughtfully from partner growers within fifty miles, keeping transparency about origin on every label.
